HR Specialist at Byggmax in Lindhagen

We are looking for a development-oriented, engaged, and driven HR specialist for our service office in Lindhagen. You will work alongside a combined HR and Payroll team of eight people, where the work is characterized by responsibility, a positive attitude, respect, commitment, joy, and always giving 100%.

Your Responsibilities:

• Union negotiations and labor law matters
• Coaching and supporting Regional Managers and Site Managers in the HR area
• Supporting Regional Managers and Site Managers in the recruitment process
• Training in HR
• Supporting rehabilitation
• Exit interviews
• Improvements in the HR process together with others in the HR team
• Some HR administration

In the role of HR Specialist, you are a support for our leaders throughout the entire HR process – from pre-boarding to exit – but your main focus will be to coach and support our leaders, provide labor law advice, and handle union negotiations.

Your Profile:

You have a degree in HR and at least 3 years of experience or longer experience in HR work. You have previously worked with negotiations and labor law and have experience in supporting and coaching managers.
